I had an excellent experience working with Suraj Singh Sir from COD King. I genuinely appreciate the way he supports and guides me whenever I face any issue.

The best thing about Suraj Sir is his way of explaining things. Even complicated subjects and technical matters are explained in such a simple and practical way that anyone can understand them easily. His communication style and patience make a huge difference.

Sir has helped me many times, and what I truly appreciate is that he has been available even after 7 PM, beyond his regular working hours, whenever I needed assistance. He has also supported me on holidays when I had urgent queries. Whether it was through chat or any other support channel, Sir has always tried his best to help and provide a proper solution.

His knowledge, dedication, responsiveness and problem-solving approach are genuinely impressive. He doesn't just give a basic answer—he takes the time to understand the problem and explains the solution properly.

Because of Suraj Sir's guidance, many things have become much easier for me and I have been able to handle several issues with much more confidence.

Really helpful app for our business. The features are simple and useful, especially for building customer trust and improving the overall buying experience. The support team has been really good too — very knowledgeable, responsive, and they actually take the time to understand and solve the issue. Overall, a great app with a great team. Definitely recommend it.

Outstanding experience with COD King! A special shout-out to Pankaj and Gaurav, who did a wonderful job assisting us throughout the entire process. From initial onboarding and custom rule setup to final integration and testing, their support was seamless, prompt, and highly professional.

They took the time to understand our store requirements, helped configurepayment features flawlessly, and ensured everything ran smoothly without any friction at checkout. It is rare to see such dedicated customer service. Highly recommended for any Shopify merchant looking to reduce RTO and optimize COD operations!
