I have been using this app for a while now and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. Not only does it provide all the features that I need, but the user interface is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

One of the best things about this app is the support team. Whenever I have had a question or an issue, their response time has been lightning fast and they have always been able to help me out. Their level of customer service is truly outstanding.

Overall, I highly recommend this app.

Especially after the last update that lets you hide the cash on delivery payment option on specific occasions, the app is PHENOMENAL, and something that Shopify should have built-in instead of relying on third-party solutions. In any case, this app is one of the most useful apps we have ever installed and solves a lot of our problems. Keep up the great work!

I was not satisfied with the way Shopify handled the Cash on Delivery feature, so I tried out this app and was very surprised by its efficiency, the checkout process now looks much better.
There also were some customization to be done in order to adapt some notifications e-mails, but no worries : Marco did a great job fine tuning everything.
I'm very happy with the app and their staff, definitely recommended if you plan to use the COD feature.

It solved a huge problem we had that we couldn't charge additional fees on Cash on delivery payment method.

Through their new update we can also modify the fee based on conditions which is also great.

Their customer support is phenomenally fast as well. Keep up the great work guys!

A very nice application that does exactly what I wanted. I wanted to add a fee to the COD service to encourage my customers to pay online. It did that exactly and with no hassle.
The support system was excellent, very responsive and stayed with me throughout the setup process until it worked fine.

Shopify could not solve this payment problem no matter how hard we tried. Even though customers chose to pay at the door, they still paid by card and the shipping prices were not correct. Marco made all the installations quickly. Thank you and I can totally recommend it to everyone.

The app is working well, easy to set, and the customer service works also really well. You can add explaining texts to the COD payment option and to the order confirmation email. So it really helps out shops in Europe, as Shopify lacks this really very basic feature that is a basic and default feature in every european webshop system. Must have app, helps reducing the loss caused by the lack of the cash on delivery handling fee option in Shopify. Recommended! Dont forget to add a picture to the fee, as its working as a product.

Installation and setup was easy, but where this app also shines is its support. Marco was unbelievably helpful and fast, taking his time to adjust the notification template that was already heavily edited for other reasons. The app works well and the free versions offers a fair amount for small shops. Highly recommend!

We used the app to add cash on delivery fees. It works perfectly and most importantly they have an outstanding customer support on whatsapp. They answer quite immediately - right when you are working on it, so in like 20 minutes since i installed it all was fixed. Plus i had to deal with an additional problem with my erp integration and they upgraded the experience in just a few minutes. Recommend them
