The customer service is terrible, the app has problems when it needs to calculate VAT costs, I don't recommend it

Ayuda a generar una tarifa extra por manejo de COD. El área de soporte es magnifica, me llevaron paso a paso de la mano. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Well-designed and functional app, but the customer service is disappointing. I simply asked if there was a particular feature available. After the first response from customer service, which included a video tutorial, I found that the change had already been made to my shop without my permission. After asking for everything to be put back the way it was, the main setting was not enabled, causing me damage. Fortunately, only one customer made a purchase without adding cash on delivery! Be careful!

Questa è l’applicazione che mancava su Shopify io ho questa app da tempo e con l’ultima attualizzazione è perfetta, non diffidate.
Ottima applicazione, fa esattamente quello che serve. Oltre ad aggiungere il costo del contrassegno nel riepilogo dell'ordine, gli sviluppatori intervengono tempestivamente per aggiungere le linee di codice nelle email dell'ordine che arrivano al cliente in modo che possa visualizzare anche il costo del cash on delivery.
