I was not satisfied with the way Shopify handled the Cash on Delivery feature, so I tried out this app and was very surprised by its efficiency, the checkout process now looks much better.
There also were some customization to be done in order to adapt some notifications e-mails, but no worries : Marco did a great job fine tuning everything.
I'm very happy with the app and their staff, definitely recommended if you plan to use the COD feature.

Deleted after 2 months. Worked great to start. Just using the free plan to limit the COD on one product. Once we hit the max limit for the monthly plan the month never reset and never worked again. I sent multiple messages to support and never heard back from anyone. Not sure if this has been shut down as I never talked with anyone, too bad. I really like the app while it worked.

I found this app useless.
I charge shipping fees below x order value be it prepaid or COD. I wanted to charge a small fees against cash handling services for COD orders, so if a customer places an order for X then he should not be charged for shipping but he has to pay for cash handling.
But the app failed to meet all the conditions and charge accordingly. I had to un-install it.
Releasit COD è una applicazione che ci ha permesso di gestire le consegne con contrassegno in maniera molto semplice e funzionale. Il piano gratuito da 60 ordini è veramente ottimo non solo per negozi che stanno crescendo ma anche per quelli con un numero di ordini già discreto.
Da segnalare l'assistenza in tempo reale con supporto immediato e funzionale.
Per la nostra esperienza non possiamo che raccomandare Releasit COD.
