Ho avuto un problema con l’app causato da me, sono stati tempestivi nel risolvere
ottimo servizio,complimenti davvero, ill costumer service funziona molto bene e anche il servizio.
Fantástica aplicación. Funciona perfectamente. Atención al cliente de 10. El único pero que le pongo es el coste de la aplicación si ya se superan los 250 envios contrareembolso. Pasaría de 10 a 30... Lo veo un poco excesivo. Solo con tener 280 envío ya debería de pagar 20 euros más.

Great app, very useful for calculating the cost of postage. Easy to set up. If you get stuck Marco operator will help you set it up in no time. I recommend it to everyone!

Allora non vi era ancora la possibilità di escludere il contrassegno per determinati paesi. Oggi si sono ricordati di noi e ci hanno contattato per aggiornare le condizioni :) ottimo servizio !
