We use the app to charge cash handling. It does it successfully but integration with shopify has limitations. Very helpful customer support

It is an incredible and essential app to sell in COD. But better than the app is the support team who are super responsive and very quick to help. I have been with them for a year and they are the best support that I have been able to come across of all the apps and services that I contract for my ecommerce

Buongiorno, l'app ha fatto proprio al caso nostro, facile da installare e nessun problema di funzionamento, direi perfetta.
Il servizio di assistenza è ottimo, li ho contattati via whatsapp e sono stati super veloci sia nella risposta che nell'aiuto di cui avevo bisogno. Dall'installazione alla modifica della mail di conferma ordine sono passati 5 minuti. inoltre l'assistenza è anche in italiano, top :)
I was looking for this solution for some time, finally found, I downloaded the app to test the features with the conviction to trash it immediately, but no !!. It's a great app, simple and useful and works as expected, plus I have to compliment the technical support, it helped me set up personalized sms and emails answering my needs in less than 5 minutes, CONGRATULATIONS I WOULD GIVE MORE STARS
Fast Support, No Problems with the App. I would recommend reading the Steps multiple times. I contacted the Support, it answered instantly and I got very kind support.
