Redeemly is an innovative and exciting alternative to traditional loyalty programs. Support was amazing an assisting with the set up and answering any questions I had. The process of transferring from another app was seamless and the tutorial videos were all very helpful. I do wish there were more options for deeper analytics such as seeing customer redemption activity but hopefully that will coming in the future!

I thought the credit cashback was a great idea to encourage repeat custom, it was easy to install and set up but i had quite a lot of products and to put the reward on each product would have been very time consuming. I contacted Redeemly to see if there was an easy way and Yaman was fantastic, he fixed everything so now the potential credit reward is shown on each product page. Great app for us to encourage brand loyalty
