Redeemly Store Credit Cashback

I started testing using Redeemly as a way to reduce how many discounts we give our customers. Discounts of course eat into our margin and also condition customers to only buy with discounts. Giving customers store credit to redeem on a future purchase not only helps us grow our LTV, but it's improving our margins and unit economics.

With Redeemly, you can automate this process, or even create segments and create your own Rewards/Loyalty program. Very attentive support and easy to use.

This app is insanely good. Easy onboarding and the whole concept is actually quite mind blowing. After I installed I went from discounting over $100 per day (store is only a couple months old) on 18 orders a day, to $0...Not only that but my net profit margin increased dramatically as well taking it from 14.5% (which is far too lean) over the initial 6 week period to 37.5% for the past week.
