The app makes it super easy to create and manage product catalogs, saving our team a lot of time and effort. The interface is intuitive, and the customization options are exactly what we needed. It has streamlined our workflow and improved our product presentation.
I was excited to try Catalogue Ace, but unfortunately, it's been a frustrating experience. The app's user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate and manage my catalog. The lack of advanced features, such as customizable product sorting and filtering, has limited my ability to create a seamless user experience for my customers. Additionally, the app's poor customer support has left me feeling stuck and unsupported. For a Shopify app that promises to streamline catalog management, Catalogue Ace falls woefully short.

Although we cannot prove who is behind this review, our analytics indicate it is not genuine. We publicly ask the Shopify Partner team to investigate and remove these malicious reviews. We are also attempting to reach out to the competitor in the hope that we can cooperate to identify if a third party is indeed involved in this situation.
While our app is not perfect, our team investigated the usage of this specific store on our app and found no real user engagement. We utilize various analytics tools to communicate this to Shopify Partner and report malicious reviews orchestrated or paid for by third parties.

Catalogue Ace has been a major letdown for my Shopify store. The app's limited customization options and rigid layout structures have made it impossible for me to create a catalog that truly represents my brand. The lack of flexibility in product grid layouts and image sizing has resulted in a catalog that looks generic and uninviting. Furthermore, the app's slow loading times have negatively impacted my store's overall performance. Until Catalogue Ace addresses these issues, I'll be forced to look elsewhere for a more robust and user-friendly catalog solution.

It saves us tons of time by automating tedious tasks, allowing us to focus on scaling our business. The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features help keep everything well-structured and up to date.
just installed this app , it seems so difficult to use. interface is not easy at all. although i am using the free version and it has very less to offer. not alot of good template and customization option. didn't find this app suitable if you guys give everything with upgraded plan. app literally sucks. more over templates that they gave are not even good. not impressed with their app , slow and hard to use. would appreciate if someone from the support team contact me and help me to use their app. otherwise i am going to uninstall it right now.
