The interface is not user-friendly at all. It's difficult to navigate, and I spent more time trying to figure out how to use it than actually creating my catalog.
While our app is not perfect, our team looked into the usage of this specific store on our app and found that there were no errors and that no catalog creation attempts were made (we log events temporarily for cases like this now).

very poor service. no customer support. even they deduct plan charges, everytime showing to upgrade business plan,even though no catalog till made
I found the customization options to be quite limited. While they claim 'unlimited customization,' I couldn't do much beyond basic changes. Disappointing.

For the price they're asking, I expected a lot more. The features offered are not worth the cost, in my opinion. You can find better alternatives for much cheaper.

I reached out to customer support for help with an issue I was having, and it took them days to get back to me. When they finally did, their response was unhelpful. Very disappointed.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid CatalogueAce like the plague. It's a waste of time, money, and sanity. Shopify has plenty of other apps that actually deliver on their promises—don't make the same mistake I did.

Cant find support, i install the trial and they charged me on the first hour the full price of the higest plan. Even the archived products appear in the catalog, there are few or none personalization options.
One time isnt enough, they charged me the full price of the higest plan on the first hour of the trial.
The quality of the PDFs generated by CatalogAce is inconsistent. Some pages look fine, while others appear pixelated and low-resolution. It gives a unprofessional impression to potential clients.
