Using CatalogAce was more trouble than it was worth. The drag-and-drop feature is unreliable, and I faced multiple issues with catalog formatting. The lack of effective customer support only made things worse.

I started using Ace Catalogue to help manage my product variants, but it keeps glitching. Sometimes it duplicates products or leaves out entire variants, which has caused confusion with my customers. The worst part is that I don’t even get a notification when something goes wrong. Not sure how this app has such good ratings because my experience has been awful.

I thought Ace Catalogue would simplify my product listings, but it’s been nothing but frustration. The app constantly crashes when I try to update my inventory, and it’s been messing up my product details. I've reached out to support multiple times, but they only give generic responses. It might work well for small stores, but for larger catalogs, it's a nightmare. Not worth the hassle!
