"Don't bother with Catalogace, their data import feature is completely unreliable."

Due to a request from Shopify Partner Governance we are not allowed to mention which competitor is behind those malicious fake review attacks and ask the Shopify Partner team to investigate and remove these malicious reviews.
While our app is not perfect, our team investigated the usage of this specific store on our app and found no real user engagement. We utilize various analytics tools to communicate this to Shopify Partner and report malicious reviews orchestrated or paid for by third parties.
Our team is devastated by a never-ending waves of attacks and would greatly appreciate help from the Shopify Partner team in preventing those. In order to comply with the request from the Shopify Partner Governance, we will not mention specific competitors apps in this reply and will only stick to facts from our analytics.

Cant find support, i install the trial and they charged me on the first hour the full price of the higest plan. Even the archived products appear in the catalog, there are few or none personalization options.
One time isnt enough, they charged me the full price of the higest plan on the first hour of the trial.

very poor service. no customer support. even they deduct plan charges, everytime showing to upgrade business plan,even though no catalog till made

I installed it 2 days ago , but it is full of bugs and errors. Not recommended.
The app's inability to handle large product catalogs made it useless for my ecommerce site.
