Support was unhelpful when I had issues with importing my Shopify products. Very disappointed.

We do not know who is behind these attacks but suspect a third-party group may be involved based on the locations of the fake stores. Although we cannot prove who is behind this review, our analytics indicate it is not genuine. We publicly ask the Shopify Partner team to investigate and remove these malicious reviews. We are also attempting to reach out to the competitor in the hope that we can cooperate to identify if a third party is indeed involved in this situation.

For what it offers, Ace Catalogue is way too expensive. I was expecting an intuitive system that would make managing my store easier, but instead, I’ve run into constant bugs and issues. It lacks the advanced features I need for my store’s growth, and the price tag doesn’t justify the subpar performance. I’ve found cheaper alternatives that work much better.
