So far, so good. Just downloaded the app. Ankit answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided fast, excellent service!
Excellent with first rate customer support. Thank you for Multichannel for all of your help getting htis store set-up and having techs who are of extremely good help and training. I've talked to three specific humans on Shopify with numerous apps looking for the proper avenues for my customer's unique situation and Multichannel become the maximum transparent and your tech Deepti become they best one with the communication skills, know-how, and knowledge that made this honestly educational in preference to puzzling. This is an immoral company without customer support or integrity. I downloaded the App for my Shopify store to work with Ebay / shopify synch and import of my 1600 or so skus. Once downloaded, I had issues bringing over all my skus to shopify. I reached out for support and was told this app would not help with what I was looking for, I needed CEDCommerce Importer, not CEDCommerce Integration. My bad. I uninstalled, downloaded the other app to continue to get the result I needed.
I asked for the $300 "year in advance" fee charge they charged me for the 30 minutes I demo'd their software, that I could not use to fulfil my needs. They declined. I asked them to reconsider, they ignored my second request and days later now, have not responded. This is criminal.
I will be taking this up with Shopify next and to social media. And I will now, not be using their other software to support my store, so they have now lost perpetual business from me each year, they risk reputation and review, and possible action from Shopify, all to steal and keep $300. Desperate and crooked. AVOID AVOID AVOID, poisonous people.
Update - As of 3/19 Unresolved. Also, calling their 24/7 support number listed 888-882-0953, the number is unresponsive after several tries, just rings and rings, no one picks up, no message service, so more fraud.
Absolute scam, it's mind blowing, I just have to leave a review to warn others. There is no way these glowing 5 star reviews are real. I purchased credits to import listings and never got access to actually start the import. I contacted support multiple times, the live support couldn't help and always said the right department will contact me with a solution. Never heard from anyone. I asked for a refund and the live support kept me for more than an hour just dodging my request, asking me to send screenshots of the invoice, to wait, asking what product, who did I talk to ect and at the end said they can't help me and someone will reach out for the refund. I receive an email from yet another person and they engaged in the same dodging, when I made it clear that I need my refund, they stopped answering and never issued anything. Pure scam and will be reported to Shopify. Don't believe the fake reviews, trust me.
Yes works fine and the reason of four star is that we found a little expensive for us. Anyways good app.

Great tool and offers even better customer service. Sometimes, it takes work to find someone online due to the time difference. But once you do, they are always willing to help and knowledgeable enough to fix things.
Obviously we all want instant gratification. Availability may be the only negative. Once you are in contact with an agent they are pretty helpful. Definitely some improvements can be made, but all in all it's a good app and good support...

This program did exactly what I needed it to do it saved me a lot of time importing my products from amazon to my Shopify website. the customer service is excellent as well, Ankit took the time to help me with the issue I was having. Would very much recommend.
Good app to use for exporting your items to Shopify. Images & variations come out well as well as description. The only issue is sometimes the inventory and listings will not be accurate , so you have to keep an eye and inform the team. Deepti and her colleagues are always happy to deal with issues quickly

UPDATED. 8/1/2022 I regret using this app. What happened? It syncs my the products from amazon to shopify. I've made changes on shopify and the next 48 hours it was override by the software. I've also requested to shop making changes with sale rep, and their developers. It worked for awhile. But today was the last straw. This is the 4th time. My Graphic Designer already made changes to the product pages and fixed it multiple times. I can not have something that is uncontrollable. Rather do the fulfillment of orders manually and keep track of the stock manually. I really really regret. July 27th 2022. I currently use this app. I'm an amazon seller and our amazon store is doing pretty well. We were looking to find something that can seamlessly transition to Shopify because I heard Shopify is the go to. It worked. Although I had some hiccups which was because I was not an Shopify expert. They helped with with some troubleshooting and also helped me with some onboarding. Would recommend other Amazon sellers to try it out.
Costumer support is very good! Helped me with a duplication problem and efficiently solved and also implemented a new setting for me.
Had a glitch at start but team was really helpful and sort the issue out pretty quickly, overall great experience
App wont work !!! Orders wont sync with Shopify & Amazon Dispatching orders wont work Don't integrate well with other app, tired it for a month and had more issues than my head can handle!!
It took me a bit of time to figure out how to use all of the features but now I wouldn't be without it. It saves me heaps of time and the chat feature works well and they always fix my issues quickly.

App is very easy to use and set up. I use this app to import my ebay listings. there are over 200k skus (including variations) in my ebay account, the app handles that with no problem. would recommend 100%
Very happy with the service provided, had few installation issues and bugs due to the use of different platforms (ebay, AMZ & Shopify) and the delivery in several countries, but all has been dealt with quickly and the fact that the communication is via WhatsApp and not email speeds up the process greatly. There were some glitches initially on importing the descriptions from my Amazon listings, and after a few rounds of discussion with support, my case was escalated to senior management for resolution. Senior management personally worked with me to resolve the issues and get my >1,500 listing imported into my Shopify store with all items as expected. This and the other CED Commerce apps are well designed, and although still evolving, the support and developers are very quick to help and resolve any issues. I'm very impressed with them and have also been using their Amazon and Ebay apps to connect to my Shopify listings.
I am extremely pleased with the customer service from the team at Multichannel Importer. The professional help I received from Deepti, the Business Development Analyst that help me, is beyond what I expected on the online support chat. The App itself is excellent and deserves an A+ We had over 1,000 SKUs imported from Amazon into Shopify, with all the data coming through perfectly, with the team's help, and now we will be able to push these SKU's to other marketplace channels at eBay, Walmart and others. Highly recommend this App, the company, and the team!
the app can be a little confusing to use at first but once you have tried it it is very effective. and the customer service is excellent.

This app is a lifesaver!!! I have been procrastinating all things Shopify for so long because it felt like duplicating work. With this app though, I was able to import MY ENTIRE ETSY SHOP in a couple of minutes with no problem. I had a couple of silly questions that I asked in the chat and received answers immediately. Works great! Super happy.
We sell doormats and bathmats on Amazon and this app has really help a lot in syncing the listings from there to Shopify. Thanks a lot to Swati's team, they do really offer a good service and we had good communication with each other.
