I used this app to help diversify my store. When I couldn't find what I needed, I received immediate and great support by clicking on the chat located on the bottom right.

I used this app to import my Amazon listings into Shopify store. I used the other app first but it only copied 1/3 of my amazon listing. I used Multichannel importer I got the whole bunch of listing imported and indication of which ones copied on top of previously imported. It absolutely made my job so easy.
I needed a little help understanding the upload process and was able to connect with chat. They walked me through the process and helped me upload everything from etsy to my shopify store.
