The app itself is seamless and provides a great way to feed your Shopify Store into TikTok, especially if you have a complex product set-up. One particular feature we like is the ability to 'unlink' from Shopify, so you can edit product content specifically for TikTok.
Their customer support is absolutely fantastic, any issues we've had or any special requests we've needed, their support team have sorted it quickly. A special mention to Aditi, our account manager, who does a brilliant job in handling communication and ensuring we're satisfied with any solutions - she really goes above and beyond!
This is a great connector to bring your Shopify products over to TikTok Shop. I tried two others before settling with Ced (Silk Connector, ShoppeDance) - CedCommerce was the only one that would allow me to optimize the product listings directly on TTS for SEO purposes while still syncing inventory and orders. This is a must have feature for anyone trying to optimize their products for discovery on TTS.
The customer service team for Ced is excellent. I've watched the feature set steadily improve over the past year as well as its reliability.
