Truly exceptional service. I have used many different third party tiktok shop integrators, CedCommerce has been the easiest and most pleasant to use. Their app is reliable and functional, and any custom requests have been met with timely completion and explanation. This is THE app to use to integrate with TikTok Shop seamlessly, with a great team behind it that will support you and your business!

While the app itself works fine, I want to warn anyone considering custom work with this company. We’ve spent over $2,000 on custom development that still doesn’t work after months of issues. Their team shows little urgency in resolving the issue and has not offered a refund, even though the work was never completed as promised.

The only time we receive quick responses is when a potential sale is involved — once payment is made, communication slows to a crawl. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. I’d highly recommend using the base app only and avoiding any paid customization unless their process changes dramatically.

Getting started with CedCommerce for TikTok Shop wasn’t the easiest — especially when it came to syncing products at the beginning. The interface also takes a bit of time to learn. But once everything is set up and you get familiar with how it works, it runs smoothly and does the job well. The real highlight for me has been the support: our account manager is always available on WhatsApp and responds instantly, which makes the whole process much easier.

CedCommerce was exactly the app my company needed to sync our Shopify catalog to TikTok Shop. With over 3,500 products, we needed a reliable system and strong support team — and on that front, CedCommerce’s Etsy integration has been great.

However, our experience with the TikTok team has been disappointing. Communication has been inconsistent, and despite promises of updates, I’ve had to repeatedly follow up for progress reports. The app itself works, but the lack of proactive communication and accountability from the support side has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
It’s a solid product, but the TikTok team’s follow-through and responsiveness need improvement to match the level of service provided by CedCommerce’s other platforms.

This app is great! I use it to sync my TikTok Shop Europe orders directly into Shopify, and it works perfectly once everything is set up. At the beginning, it takes a little time to understand how the interface works, but after that, everything runs smoothly and automatically.

What really makes the difference is the support team: super responsive, always available on WhatsApp, and very helpful whenever I had questions. Thanks to them, the setup was much easier and now the app saves me a lot of time every day.
