UPDATE as of 6/20/26: I want to provide an update that is much more favorable to Cerca and really speaks to how great they have been as a partner in working through some of the challenges with the app. Cerca support was not receiving my requests for assistance and was unaware that the app was not working as intended. They responded promptly and started working with me to address the issues that I presented. It hasn't been a smooth process, but it has been a great opportunity for me to work with Michael at Cerca. I reinstalled the app, and I am genuinely excited to offer this premium brand as an option in our store for customers who crave the premium reserve we now offer. The response time was great once we connected, and the Cerca team took the time to hear about my experience and committed to service recovery. Customer Service is so important to me, and I am extremely happy with the way resolution has progressed. I highly recommend Cerca.

May, 2026: I have had the app for a short span of time as far as less than 90 days but that is enough for me to assess whether or not it's a good fit for my new business. I placed an order on May 21st to test my supply chain from a customer perspective because the customer experience is important to us as a new small business. The order is still hung up 11 days later and I have had no response to the messages sent through the app to support. It's extremely frustrating because we were so excited about being able to offer premium coffee.

I am disappointed with the app performance but even more so that it appears to either not be monitored or does not sync well with my store. Either way, I am really disappointed about the issue still being outstanding, I can't seem to add my logo to labels and I can't update contact information. This is unfortunate and definitely not a great experience for us.
