Solid application when it work but rather expensive.
Feeds sometimes stop working and it takes them days to react to our messages. There‘s no proactive monitoring from their side.
The damages are huge when feeds don‘t work for 48 hours because prices and quantities are not updated on markerplaces.
The support is way too bad for the amount they charge for the subscription.
Channable’s Support Is an Absolute Disaster!
The platform might be excellent when everything runs smoothly, but the moment something goes wrong, their support is beyond terrible.
Considering how critical this system is—responsible for exporting all our feeds to marketplaces, Google and Facebook marketing campaigns—their response times are absolutely unacceptable, downright disgraceful, and meanwhile, you’re losing massive amounts of money—clearly not their concern.
There’s zero escalation in their support at all; it’s all handled by email, and it takes hours between each reply. Seriously, think twice before installing Channable—ask yourself if you’re ready to suffer huge financial losses the moment something stops working, because they sure won’t rush to help.
The app is definitely limited in some ways and takes a lot of time to get used to, but once ready it runs super smoothly. We use it for Shopify and different marketplaces. The support of Channable is really good and they try to give you the best solution.
Alpine is tevreden met het gebruik van Channable. Met Channable kun je gemakkelijk product data bewerken, feeds maken en API koppelingen opzetten. De goede support is daarbij een dikke plus.
Channable is a great app! I would recommend it to everybody. I use it to send feed to google shopping and some other advertising places and it helps me a lot.

Tried out several different apps, but when it comes to syncing multiple feeds this one is definitely the best. Bonus points for the great support.

Been using Channable for a while now and it has been a real life-saver! We hassled with manual product feeds for years before using this Product feed Management Tool. I used to spend upwards of 20 hours a month manually managing my product feeds and our B2B and B2C marketplaces. This got cut down to about half an hour a week, which is a significant savings of time in my book! Whilst Channable is a self-service tool, its technology is very intuitive, and the Technical Support staff are knowledgable, professional, and efficient. Part of their service is a free first set-up where they set up one product feed for us, and afterwards explain exactly what they did, and how I can set up my own feeds from then onwards. This was incredibly valuable! Together with their educational platform (called Channacademy) Channable really set us up for success in our multi-channel marketing activities. I would definitely recommend it!
Underrated, but truly the best app for feed management, especially for EU shopify stores. Besides sending your feeds to all possible channels, you can also receive back orders from marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay, which then get imported into Shopify.
The problem was that we had to build our own API integration with shopify to import the orders back. So in other words they can send feeds FROM shopify TO each channel you want, but getting orders back from lets say Amazon is not natively possible. You have to build your own API for that. Access to this API costs €50 a month, which is high in my opinion. If they in the future decide to build their own shopify order integration, then the price would also be €50 a month, but in the mean time I had to make a lot of developer costs to integrate the API. In that regard I'm not surprised that they don't have a lot of reviews here and would have preferred to give this review here if they had built their own Shopify order import first.
