人員の問題などでリアルタイムに有人対応にてお客様対応が困難な状況もありますが、お客様が確認したい事項をピンポイントに自動回答にて対応が出来る点、CRMの通知機能を活用し、イベントの告知などを行うことが出来る点は非常に有難く感じております。
会員情報との紐づけや画像の貼り付けや操作方法もわかりやすいいです。
今後、分析確認を行い、CX向上に向けて取り組んでいきたいと考えています。
お客様のご利用いただきやすいサイト運営に向けて便利な機能をもっと活用できるように進めていきます。

高単価商材であるため、お客様としっかりしたコミュニケーションが必要だと感じていたところ、チャネルトークさんを紹介していただき導入しました。結果CVRも改善し、今では無くてはならないツールとなっています。導入が簡単で、チーム内での共有がしやすいUI/UX設計のため、シームレスに担当引き継ぎもできています。プランをアップデートしたので、今後はデータを活用したCS戦略にも取り組みたいと思います。

チャネルトークはお客様との距離をより身近にする手段だと考えています!
また直感的にメッセージのABテストができたり、フラグ管理などを細かく実行することもできるので、使いこなせばカスタマーサポート対応も減りマーケ施策にも活用できると考えています。
