Charge Me Later, Wholesale app

After a very rough start to this process with getting help, I was finally contacted and he worked with me step by step over multiple emails over a couple hours span.
We have it up and running and am hoping that fingers crossed, we've got it working 100%.
*I replaced my previous 1 star. Would leave a 5 but I still removed 1 star for the issues trying to get in contact with someone.

Great customer service for this app! Using this for specific customers that visit my store and they helped make this possible. Super quick and BOOM it was done. This will change how the business will grow and be more convenient for customers.

Great app and does exactly what we need it to. Had a few questions after installing the app and the service was great and very quick!

This app was working fine for awhile, but stopped functioning correctly. I contacted customer service and gave them access to the site. That was the last we heard from them? Customer service is terrible I would not recommend this developer or the apps they create.

While I personally didn't use this app for its Charge Later option, the main selling point for me was the second plan with the ability to customize each and every product's pricing for each customer group. Alot of wholesale apps just offer a simple % off for that customer group and while that may work for more retail oriented sites or wholesalers who offer that type of pricing for me that was not the case at all. This was a huge plus that I didn't find with any other app.

The second point as to why I love this app is that I needed to make a few design element changes concerning these levels of pricing and the team behind the app made it happen EXACTLY how I needed it to be for a very reasonable fee and they made it happen in about 24 hours.

Lastly, the ability to not have to work online and to mass export and import the different customer group pricing is truly a huge timesaver.

This was pretty much the only app on the store that fit our needs best. We had a couple of specific changes that we needed to make and the developer was very accommodating and helpful. We worked with Ankit, who was very swift and extremely helpful in implementing the changes we wanted to make. Excellent communication and technical expertise. The custom service was super helpful and worked with me to set up some custom solutions for what my site needed. Would definitely recommend it.

This app never worked quite right. I was trying to use it to do pre-orders, and somehow the app did not prevent people from using the "Buy it Now" button and bypassing the draft order page. This resulted in me having to refund the orders that made it through, and eat the ~2% credit card fee charged by Shopify. I contacted support, who to their credit, responded pretty quickly. They asked for access to my site and made some code changes. Things seemed to be working for a little while but then today out of the blue our checkout button stopped working. I removed the Charge Me Later app, and restored my theme to how it was before their changes. Voila! my site is working once again. I have no idea how many sales I lost because of this.

I am using this app to allow wholesale customers to complete orders and pay later. The customer service has been very helpful with adding the features we need.
