Support is amazing, I had an issue which got resolved pretty quickly even though it was a bit complicated.
Also had a call with a sales director which helped and ressaured me that everything is working perfectly fine and if I needed any help to reach out once again!

Very Polished App, Good instructions, easy to understand and i know it will save a lot of chargebacks in the future. Worth having installed if you want peace of mind. Would rather pay the $15 alert fee and auto refund, then pay $15 chargeback fee and risk holds on merchant account. Makes sense to me.

Some apps try to do too much and end up being cluttered. This one sticks to one thing, stopping chargebacks and it does that better than anything else we've used.
