Chargeback: Auto Prevention

We recently moved over to Chargeback.io from our previous provider, and so far the experience has been genuinely excellent. The setup and migration process has been much simpler than expected, and it’s been a relief to have proper chargeback protection in place without dealing with a complicated or confusing system.

What has really stood out is the support. I’ve been speaking with Roudy and Jean, and both have been fantastic to deal with. They’ve been responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They don’t just give generic answers either they take the time to understand how your business works, what you need protected, and how to get everything set up properly.

For any Shopify store dealing with chargebacks, this app is honestly a must-have. It gives you peace of mind, makes the process simple, and helps protect your business without adding extra stress.

Overall good experience and easy onboarding. Love the layout of the dashboard but I ham having trouble understanding which orders refunds were sent for.

Chargeback.io is great for Shopify and prevents too many chargebacks piling up that would otherwise cause a payout reserve. I prefer to use it with a $100 threshold, anything above that I will submit a chargeback response. Its perfect for what I do.

Had my first "save" yesterday, installing Chargeback.io saves you a lot of trouble. Okay it does cost you a fee but that is better than CB fees and makes life less troublesome. Setup is quite straigthforward.
