Chargeback.io is great for Shopify and it helps me catch the chargebacks before the land and i can deal with them it saved me tons of money that i would've losed due to limited payouts.

Chargeback.io is great for Shopify and prevents too many chargebacks piling up that would otherwise cause a payout reserve. I prefer to use it with a $100 threshold, anything above that I will submit a chargeback response. Its perfect for what I do.

Brilliant app and service from Grace.

Grace contacted me to make sure I was happy with the service and has been wonderful with explaining how this works, checking on chargeback alerts for the business and ensuring everything has been set up correctly.

With 2026 showing a rise in fraudulent chargebacks we have found this app to be a must in protecting our business and payment account.

We are very satisfied with the service and are very happy with our account manager Grace who's messages have been very supportive from set up to making sure everything is running correctly and our expectations are met.
