Chargeback.io has been very useful for me, and a genuinley great addition to my store. Immensely valuable when it comes to protect your chargeback rate. Automatic alerts and auto-refund feature helped me prevent chargeback before it even happened, just amazing! I came back to Chargeback.io after taking a break from using the service, and I was honestly pretty lost with the setup and re-enrollment process. I had a bunch of questions and was probably more paranoid about getting everything right than most people.
