I find the UI very bad.

They will bill you card multiple times per days for 200, 300$ to top-up your balance and even if you block them and tell them to stop, they'll continue.

Contrary to many other providers, they won't review your rates before c. 50 alerts per month.

Support is reactive but has never been able to fix any of the aforementioned issues. I'm moving over
