Amazing app with an even better team! The app runs seamlessly in the background with very little to no attention needed by our team unless there is an issue with an order (which is what we wanted!). The Shipstation integration helps with fulfillment communication and keeps questionable orders from being shipped while they are under review by the Trouble Tracker Team. Overall - this app is great and we are very happy we switched to it!
Great team - they do what it takes, compile all the info and actually provide great insight on chargebacks and they deal with them! Warmly recommend them.
We moved to Chargeback Resover from another "solution" that was no longer working for us. We have been VERY impressed with the hard work that the Trouble Tracker team has put in on our behalf and look forward to continuing to work with them.
