Amazing app with an even better team! The app runs seamlessly in the background with very little to no attention needed by our team unless there is an issue with an order (which is what we wanted!). The Shipstation integration helps with fulfillment communication and keeps questionable orders from being shipped while they are under review by the Trouble Tracker Team. We moved to Chargeback Resover from another "solution" that was no longer working for us. We have been VERY impressed with the hard work that the Trouble Tracker team has put in on our behalf and look forward to continuing to work with them. We would recommend this solution to anyone that deals with the inevitable fraudulent transactions that you encounter when doing business on the internet.
Great team - they do what it takes, compile all the info and actually provide great insight on chargebacks and they deal with them! Warmly recommend them.
