Setup in <1 week, already handled x3 alerts, and Jean was super helpful in getting my descriptors optimized for max coverage. Also super clean and nice user interface. So glad I found this service and highly recommend it to merchants focused on LTV/subscriptions.

Honestly these guys are great. Super quick to respond whenever I reach out, like genuinely fast, not the usual "we'll get back to you in 48 hours" thing. They always know exactly what they're doing, sharp every single time, and they actually deliver on time. The detection rate has been really solid for me and the service works fully, exactly the way it's supposed to. No chasing them down, no half-answers, just straight to the point every time.
At this point it lowkey feels like a premium service, in other words its a a luxury lol. Completely satisfied across the board. If you're on the fence, just go for it as the Chargeblast team delivers 100% of the time.

We’ve had a good experience with Chargeblast so far. Setup was fairly straightforward, and it’s been helpful in giving us more visibility into chargebacks and prevention efforts. The team has also been responsive whenever we had questions. Still evaluating long-term impact, but overall it has been a useful addition to our workflow.
