We like to get to know our clients on a personal level, it's always nice, and also in order to fully understand your business needs and tailoring our services accordingly.
I wasn't sure what to expect when signing up for these guys. We a lot of our cases but we wanted to let someone else handle it for a change and increase our win rates. I have to say I am not disappointed and they are extremely thorough. I was literally blown away by the depth of info they had on an order in dispute. None of the cases we handled ourselves had as much info so I would imagine their win rate is considerably higher. After signing up Mr Edelman contacted me for a 30 minute chat. He really sealed the deal for me. Highly recommend these guys to take the stress away from disputes for PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments etc.

Handling disputes can be rough for merchants, especially when using several payment processors, but Chargeflow's AI saves a lot of time and money, in the most professional way.
This is one very professional company. I still don't have any issue resolved from their side because I decided to install it after one huge chargeback but even after the initial meeting I am pretty sure they are the ones who will help me in the future. Looking forward to it. (Not really, who likes chargebacks :)

Nobody like chargebacks, but experience shows that when you let go of the chargebacks chore - you will have more time and resources to grow your business, allowing us to fully-handle all chargebacks.
There app looks really great ! I don't have a lot of chargeback for now, but I think they will certainly help me a lot ! Plus the support team is extraordinary ! You install the app (that is free) and the next day you already have an onboarding call with the person that will help you if you have any issues :)

Chargebacks are an issue you want to have after you assure it's fully covered, so it's great you've installed our app in advance.

After 6 months of using Shopify to power my small business, I was hit with a chargeback. I came across Chargeflow with great services. I was contacted by Boaz, its great to actually speak to a person than AI. Where he went over how their service works. 1 day after using chargeflow they had already gathered all evidence regarding my chargeback and was submitted. Just installed the app and although I don't have results on the chargeback just yet, I can say: 1.) The product is well built and designed. 2.) My customer service agent, Boaz, is amazing. I don't understand why all these 5* reviews. Please write honest reviews and stop misleading other merchants. This app is doing exactly what you could by yourself and nothing miracle. You can just respond to the chargeback by yourself and that's what this ap is doing. About winning is the most important thing, so you have same chance either doing on your own or use this app. I don't see this app is better than what you can do by responding by yourself. It is useless and misleading and please help yourself by adding any evidence you have to fight your chargebacks. They are very hard to win as the banks are always on customer's side. good luck
