This is probably the most useful app I've ever found for dealing with disputes. Customer support responds in an instant and deals with all of your issues fast.
You can save a ton of time by not having to deal with disputes yourself. I thought I was very good at dealing with disputes but after you see how much effort they put to provide evidence for your dispute cases you will feel like a rookie! Best app ever!

The app is very helpful if you have multiple stores and need to track every case. It allows you to leave notes which was always a downpart of PayPal/Klarna when more than one person is working in there.

The App is still having some issues at time but when contacting their support via the chat funktion it gets resolved very fast. I am sure in future this app will be perfect and it will take less time to solve the cases, and to keep track of appealable cases.
