Naturally business grow and it comes along with chargebacks, so we want to make sure they are dealt with with maximum professionalism.
Thisapp handles chargebacks much better than Disputifer (another app that I don't recommend which breaks your cart page for some reason). Chargeflow has an actual human digging deep to make sure the answer is thorough as possible.

Maria was absolutely wonderful to chat with. It was a REAL person behind the customer service and she was able to help me confirm multiple things. We have yet to see if the program will help with chargebacks as we just submitted one... however, the evidence is in our favor, thus far, and we are expecting a positive result.
It's truly MIND boggling what people will do to get money back for a product they received. We are dealing with a customer who stated they did not receive their package TWICE... living in a gated community. GEO scans show that their package was delivered TWICE... meaning, they not only got the product TWICE, but they made a claim with the Carrier AND did a chargeback! So dubious and should be punishable by law as fraudulent! UGH

Indeed, chargebacks can be very frustrating, as the majority of them are coming from fraudsters unfortunately.
The best way to fight back is to spend the minimum amount of time & money in order to win and recover your lost money, and simultaneously allowing you to focus on growing your business without worrying about disputes.
So far, the communication between their team and our team has been phenomenal. The setup was very quick and minimal steps to get up and running. It is a major weight off our shoulders to have the services that they provide. We have been combating the customer abuse of chargebacks, and this is the solution we were looking for. Highly recommended.
