I was pleasantly surprised to see the useful and user friendly interface that was atomically set up when I installed the app. Right away it located a current charge back request and began working on it. Today I had an onboarding session with Boraz which was very helpful. So far this looks like just the partner I need as I work to expand my sales.

I had a chance to speak with Boaz from customer service on Google Meet. He explained in detail how the company could help me deal with chargebacks moving forward; I will look into providing the coverage for Humm payments provider for Ireland. I wasn't sure what to expect when signing up for these guys. We a lot of our cases but we wanted to let someone else handle it for a change and increase our win rates. I have to say I am not disappointed and they are extremely thorough. I was literally blown away by the depth of info they had on an order in dispute. None of the cases we handled ourselves had as much info so I would imagine their win rate is considerably higher. After signing up Mr Edelman contacted me for a 30 minute chat. He really sealed the deal for me. Highly recommend these guys to take the stress away from disputes for PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments etc.

This is one very professional company. I still don't have any issue resolved from their side because I decided to install it after one huge chargeback but even after the initial meeting I am pretty sure they are the ones who will help me in the future.
