I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Marianne from Chargflow and I must say, her customer service was exceptional. Marianne was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Her quick response time was impressive and greatly appreciated. I just started using Charge Flow, and I'm already seeing results. It is a good and reliable app that has helped me manage my Chargebacks effectively and efficiently. My niche has high chargeback rate so installing this app has literally saved my business. Boaz has been extremely helpful in sorting everything out for us. This is the app to use if you need to stop your chargebacks from shutting down your store.
Absolutely not helpful. They do the same thing we can do in shopify. Add all the evidence and they do nothing to help you win a chargeback just a waste of time.
