Mariane from Chargeflow was super attentive, super responsive and did her best to try and reverse a chargeback for me.

Through no fault of her own, nor the app's, I appear set to lose a chargeback case for around $575....as it appears as though without my knowledge, the card was fraudulently used.

So the big banks, still make their money with their $25 Chargeback fee on top of my basically stolen goods.....you would think the banks would have insurance to protect the retailer, who is supplying the goods with a card authorised by the banks in good faith, but not in this world.

Had a call with Juda, and he explained how chargeflow works. He made sure installment was all configured correctly! Very easy to communicate with their customer support.Thank you for your help and time!
