Great service from their staff. to any questions!
Not a fan. Ive lost more chargebacks than I've won. What they do is the same thing Shopify does. You are better off just getting a flow app and blocking high risk orders instead of getting chargebacks. don't waste your time

This app is definitely a must-have for all e-commerce businesses as chargebacks are not a joke at all. We all know how hateful can be dealing with fraud clients who request a refund after receiving the products, and even against all odds, Chargeflow can be extremely helpful in fighting for your hard-earned money back.

Fantastic support, always super responsive and helpful. They were able to walk me through step by step when I was facing an issue with integration into a third party payment processor. Also this app makes chargeback headaches completely go away as they handle it all!
This has been a great service that has a big impact on our bottom line!
My chargeback win rate has increased drastically. I didn't realize what was involved in a proper submission to fight these disputes. They submit documents 15 to 20 pages long. Would recommend. No cost to user as its paid from disputes won.
So far, Chargeflow has made handling payment disputes very easy. It's intuitive, user-friendly, and almost completely automated. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an app to handle your chargebacks.

After conducting a thorough audit of your account, I found no charges made for the mentioned amount, nor anything billed outside of the agreed scope and results. We take pride in our success-based fee model and transparent billing structure and I am happy to provide further clarification if needed.
Additionally, our system, which focuses on responding to chargebacks, does not have the capability to affect your reputation with payment providers nor cause issues leading to account cancellations.

My first dispute won! I was surprised. I never won a chargeback before. Great App and service! I recommend to all the website for better protection.
