I don't understand why all these 5* reviews. Please write honest reviews and stop misleading other merchants. This app is doing exactly what you could by yourself and nothing miracle. You can just respond to the chargeback by yourself and that's what this ap is doing. About winning is the most important thing, so you have same chance either doing on your own or use this app. I don't see this app is better than what you can do by responding by yourself. It is useless and misleading and please help yourself by adding any evidence you have to fight your chargebacks. They are very hard to win as the banks are always on customer's side. good luck

Moreover, while knowledge is key, executing these processes efficiently can be a considerable time sink, especially when dealing with a significant volume. This often results in decreased team productivity. Furthermore, juggling these tasks across various payment service providers only adds to the complexity and time commitment. You're correct in saying that many of these tasks can be handled in-house, but our question is: Should they be, especially when there are more strategic aspects of your business that require your attention?
Chargeflow aims to alleviate these operational burdens, allowing businesses to focus on what they do best - their core product, customer relationships, and growth. Importantly, our fee structure is contingent on our success. We charge only when we successfully help recover chargebacks on your behalf.
I noticed that you haven't fully activated the app. By doing so, the comprehensive value of our solution would become more evident. Additionally, there are numerous other features and benefits that you might still need to explore. I'd appreciate the opportunity to walk you through them personally and ensure you receive the most from our product.

Asking for unnecessary permissions and information that is not relevant to apps performance. also don't have an explanation as to why they need to know our payouts. *update*
Since we posted this review the team have contacted us explaining in more detail as to why they need access to certain parts of our Shopify store. When we first reached out to their customer service regarding the access, they didn't have an explanation, hence the low score review. However, they have really dedicated themselves to clearing up the misunderstanding, educating their support staff and gone the extra mile informing us the customers. Thanks for clearing everything up :)
