Chargeflow’s defenses make no sense. They’re extremely basic and usually just repeat the same line: “the customer didn’t follow our terms and policy.” They don’t analyze the case, they don’t check the details, and in my experience, they even got the disputed amount wrong. It’s obviously a copy-and-paste defense.
Unless you sell cheap products in huge volumes and don’t care about the outcome of your disputes, stay away from this app. If you want a proper defense, you’re much better off doing it yourself. Just upload the customer’s conversation and order details into ChatGPT and have it generate a solid dispute response for you.
Since we implemented this app, we lost all the chargebacks we got. Comparatively with before where we used to win about 30-40% of the cases
Really impressed with this app. The setup was super simple, the interface is easy to use, and the support team is actually great. The chargeback alerts and fraud tools work well and the pricing is fair. Overall, a very solid app and IMHO worth having in your store
