Chargeflow Prevent Chargebacks

tldr - will take you ,money for no reason for cases you WOULD HAVE WON ANYWAY.

been using the app for about nearly a year. not worth it, success rate is about 10%.
I took a deeper dive and all the cases i won have been cases where they filled minimum evidence, its literally stuff that's already in the invoice and some data about IP addresses.

when i went to chargeflow this is what they said:

If you’re looking at the evidence being submitted and feel that it’s something you could put together yourself, it’s completely fair to question whether keeping the app makes sense for you.

The value of the service should come from more than simply compiling basic information. The evidence should be relevant to the dispute reason, clearly presented, and give the issuer the strongest possible basis for reviewing the case.

I rarely leave reviews, but I want to warn other stores what they're getting into if they install Chargeflow.

We were charged $39 per alert. Chargeflow's public pricing page has listed $29 since at least February. So for majority of the time we used the app, we were billed above their own advertised rate, and nobody at Chargeflow ever mentioned it.

Their pricing page also says merchants doing over 50 alerts a month get a better price than $29. During a fraud spike in August we did 155 alerts in a single month. We were still paying $39.

When I caught it and asked, they agreed to $29 and had me sign an order form. They said 7 to 10 business days. It never happened. They closed my ticket without fixing it. I reopened it and their own agent admitted in writing that they'd blown past their deadline and the pricing was still unchanged. They were billing me $39 weeks after that.

Their front facing support is fine. They respond quickly and follow prompts. When it comes to actually resolving anything, there's no urgency at all.

Check your invoices against their public pricing page. Don't assume the rate on your account matches what they advertise.

They are scammers!

There service doesn't work, but you pay for it!
They charge you 29$ on each dispute ! without any action from their side!!

You don't get an alert before it's shown on shopify, and they don't make a refund for the customer. So, they just make it worst for you, and charge you extra 29$ additional to bank fees and return amount!!!

Contact them many times, and even I deactivate my account with them, they still charge my credit !
I can't get off from this very bad service!!!
