Merchants appreciate this app for its efficient automation of dispute management, which saves time and reduces stress by protecting revenue and enhancing operational efficiency. They praise its user-friendly interface, seamless integration with Shopify, AI-powered features, and effective dispute resolution. The responsive customer support and no-win, no-fee pricing model are also highlighted, along with a helpful dashboard that provides real-time updates.
Chargeflow’s defenses make no sense. They’re extremely basic and usually just repeat the same line: “the customer didn’t follow our terms and policy.” They don’t analyze the case, they don’t check the details, and in my experience, they even got the disputed amount wrong. It’s obviously a copy-and-paste defense.
Unless you sell cheap products in huge volumes and don’t care about the outcome of your disputes, stay away from this app. If you want a proper defense, you’re much better off doing it yourself. Just upload the customer’s conversation and order details into ChatGPT and have it generate a solid dispute response for you.
Trying to charge me for a Chargeback that was resolved with using police and not able to get a hold of anyone. Scheduled a call and no one joined.
Great experience using Chargeflow, hardly any chargebacks going through and great customer support.
Always got a response within 12 hours about any kind of issue.
