We recently implemented Chargepay to help with our chargebacks and we couldn't be happier. Their success rate has been great! Would highly recommend for anyone who needs help saving time filing chargeback responses.
After 3 weeks of research, multiple phone calls of auditing all of the "chargeback services / RDR services, etc" - we are so glad we realized that Chargeback AI is the best option (and most state of the art) option for Shopify stores.
