Charm: Loyalty Program Rewards

Exceptional app and outstanding personal support !!!!
I recently launched Charmz Rewards on my Shopify store and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the app and the support I received from Jan.

From the start, Jan took the time to really understand my business, my customers and what I wanted to achieve with the loyalty programme. He helped me set up the complete programme, including points, VIP tiers, referrals, birthday rewards, early access, historical customer tiers and different gift collections.

What impressed me most was how open he was to feedback. While testing the programme together, we came across several things that could improve the customer journey. Jan didn’t just provide workarounds , he actually implemented improvements and fixed issues in the app, sometimes even making those improvements available for other Charm merchants as well.

The level of personal support has been exceptional. Jan has been incredibly responsive, patient and proactive throughout the entire setup, and really helped me create a loyalty programme that feels like a natural extension of my own brand rather than a standard loyalty app.

Charm is also very flexible and gives me much more control than I initially expected. After setting everything up and testing all the different customer journeys, Charmz Rewards is now live and I’m genuinely very happy with the result.

I would absolutely recommend Charm to other Shopify merchants looking for a flexible loyalty programme with a developer who genuinely listens to his customers and cares about getting the details right.
