    The chat support is really helpful and the agent is really nice, especially Seri!! Thank you! Maybe if possible in the update, make in offline mode sent to customer one small message with a delicately asking email. Because tomorrow customer already forgets yesterday name of site.

    Good app. Needs lite improvements. An administrative app would really be plus to reply customers from smart devices.
