Chatbase has been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store. The setup process was simple, and within minutes the chatbot was helping customers with their questions. The AI responses are accurate, fast, and professional, which has improved the overall shopping experience for my customers. It has also reduced my support workload significantly. Great app and definitely worth trying.
