Love the app itself, super lightweight and doesnt bloat my theme like Tidio did. I took off one star just cuz setting up the Gemini API key was a total headache. Google makes their cloud console so confusing to navigate. Not Chaterimos fault (their guide was ok) but if ur not tech savvy it takes a minute to figure out where to get the keys. Once its connected tho? It flies. Best AI I’ve used.
Confusing pricing at first, but worth it
Switched from Gorgias mainly to cut costs. Chaterimo is def way cheaper, but I was pretty confused by the pricing structure in the beginning... didn't really get how the model usage billed vs the app subscription. Support helped explain it quickly tho. Now that I get it, I'm saving like $300 a month!
I've been using Chaterimo for a few weeks now, and it's been really helpful for our customer service! The AI-powered chatbot is incredibly intelligent and responsive. The setup process was effortless. Highly Recommended for Store owners!
