We started using HeiChat from the very first order, and it was recommended by my friend. It works very well; they can choose different AI models for testing, which feels to me like hiring different employees. Our product is completely innovative, and HeiChat can understand our product explanations very well. It feels like having an experienced employee right from the start.
HeiChat is the first chatbot I’ve tested that I actually trust in front of my customers.
None of the AI tools I tried ever made it past testing. Answers drifted, were invented, or required constant correction.

Honestly, it feels like a basic prototype rather than a professional tool. Using it in a real store can actually hurt customer experience instead of improving it.
There are much better, more stable, and more advanced alternatives available.

We also provide a wide range of advanced features and customization options, including marketing widgets, flexible widget design, multiple AI model choices, and third-party integrations. Many merchants value the flexibility and depth of our platform.
Regarding AI response quality, accuracy depends heavily on the business-specific information provided to the system. Since every store is different, we offer merchants the ability to train the AI based on their own products, policies, and workflows. In similar cases, merchants who contacted us for support were able to significantly improve results after proper setup and optimization.

HeiChat is so good. It is cleverer than we expected, since it has AI from many leading APIs. Moreover, its helpdesk is so supportive. We plan to use it more and more in the next phase.
We run a complex biotech/health company and I was very surprised and impressed with the depth of knowledge provided by this Chatbot. It has saved us lots of work and converted queries to plenty of sales. Customer support is also good and emails are sent if the Chatbot can't answer. Highly recommend.
