We deal directly with the owner, who listens carefully to customer concerns. The only issue for now is that the app is currently only functional in our primary market – it’s not yet available in other markets (countries). We're hopeful this can be addressed by February/March 2025. For this reason, we're giving a provisional 4-star rating, which we’ll gladly adjust once the expansion is in place.

I love heichat it talks on my behave I like how it explain everything to anyone who reached the chat on a professional way thank you so much I will continue use it keep up the good work I highly recommended heichat to any business who want someone answer any questions for them either they are available or not.

I recently started using HeiChat to automate customer service for another one of my online stores. Having successfully used it for a previous store, I knew it would be a great fit. This new store, however, presents many variables that significantly increase the customer support workload. I couldn't be happier with the results. The AI is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently provides detailed and accurate responses to customer inquiries. It's truly impressive how well it understands and handles a wide range of questions. A special shoutout to Dave from HeiChat, who was exceptionally helpful in getting everything setup correctly. He made sure the system was perfectly aligned with my business objectives, and his support made the entire process seamless and efficient. Overall, heichat has significantly improved my customer service experience, and I highly recommended it to any business looking to enhance their customer support operations. It's a no brainer for any online store. Definitely leaving money on the table by not having this enabled on your website.

We're still in the learning phase but we can already tell this is a great tool that will help us to solve common questions and close sales. Our products are specially difficult to purchase because there are a lot of questions that customers need solving before purchasing, and this is helping us a lot. Also, the support team is amazing, they're always available and super helpful to solve whatever issue we encounter

I've installed and uninstalled many bot apps, Heichat is hands down the Best and we're super happy. Easy to understand - easy to set up and train. Super on point. Interface is simple to use and they also have the most affordable plans. Thank you for making our lives easier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love it, it was up and running in minutes. Fine tuned it within half hour. Results are impressive. The response time from support is super impressive as well. Highly recommended.

My store has 1,000 products, but the free package only supports learning for 500 products. I contacted the development team, and they quickly helped me increase it to 1,000. the chatbot learns very fast and can immediately make recommendations based on the products. Not bad.
