I am amazed by this app. So well thought out and implemented. I have nothing bad to say about it. I tried them all out, and this one is by far the best for what I needed. I honestly feel safe having this chatbot be the potential first contact for my luxury clothing brand.

I think that an AI-powered bot will be able to provide thorough customer support and make them happy, even if the time available to respond to customers was limited.
This bot's AI learns, so it was very easy to set up. It was really helpful. Security is also safe because of using AWS.

Support Dave was very kind, helpful and responded quickly and very professionally. I really appreciate.

This app is highly recommended.

I recently started using HeiChat to automate customer service for another one of my online stores. Having successfully used it for a previous store, I knew it would be a great fit. This new store, however, presents many variables that significantly increase the customer support workload. I couldn't be happier with the results. The AI is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently provides detailed and accurate responses to customer inquiries. It's truly impressive how well it understands and handles a wide range of questions. A special shoutout to Dave from HeiChat, who was exceptionally helpful in getting everything setup correctly. He made sure the system was perfectly aligned with my business objectives, and his support made the entire process seamless and efficient. Overall, heichat has significantly improved my customer service experience, and I highly recommended it to any business looking to enhance their customer support operations. It's a no brainer for any online store. Definitely leaving money on the table by not having this enabled on your website.

We're still in the learning phase but we can already tell this is a great tool that will help us to solve common questions and close sales. Our products are specially difficult to purchase because there are a lot of questions that customers need solving before purchasing, and this is helping us a lot. Also, the support team is amazing, they're always available and super helpful to solve whatever issue we encounter

This is amazing! I know AI is way smarter than I could ever be, but I just installed HeiChat and tested it on our site. I asked 95% of our customer service questions to it and it answered all of them flawlessly without me having to give it any information. This will cut back a lot of my customer service time. I'm very excited.
