Je recommande cette application car je la trouve tout simplement efficace, elle me permet de ne pas laisser le client sans réponses, d'obtenir un suivi bien réel, un historique pour mieux comprendre mes clients et surtout cette application est agréable, parfois rigolote vraiment je l'apprécie beaucoup ! Mi tienda tiene 2,000 productos, pero el paquete gratuito solo admite el aprendizaje de 500 productos. Me puse en contacto con el equipo de desarrollo y rápidamente me ayudaron a aumentarlo a 2,000. El chatbot aprende muy rápido y puede hacer recomendaciones inmediatas basadas en los productos. No está mal.

I have been testing the GPT 3.5 ver of the app and it was decently good with pretty acuurate product description and standard replies.

I decided to upgrade to GPT 4 ver and I was absolutely delighted by the maturity and professionalism of the language and the accuracy of product recommendation, order tracking etc.

This is a wonderful app and can take off massive burdens of customer support especially with repetetive FAQs.

The developer was very helpful and responsive
