I love heichat it talks on my behave I like how it explain everything to anyone who reached the chat on a professional way thank you so much I will continue use it keep up the good work I highly recommended heichat to any business who want someone answer any questions for them either they are available or not.

We're still in the learning phase but we can already tell this is a great tool that will help us to solve common questions and close sales. Our products are specially difficult to purchase because there are a lot of questions that customers need solving before purchasing, and this is helping us a lot. Love it, it was up and running in minutes. Fine tuned it within half hour. Results are impressive. The response time from support is super impressive as well. Highly recommended.

My store has 1,000 products, but the free package only supports learning for 500 products. I contacted the development team, and they quickly helped me increase it to 1,000. the chatbot learns very fast and can immediately make recommendations based on the products. Not bad.
